Item Description
Music Store Live is proud to
offer this 1991 Rickenbacker 4003 in Azure Glo! At
20 years of age this beauty shows some signs of
gigging, showing a fair amount of stage wear on
the front and some spots that indicate some
encounters of the belt buckle kind. That being
said this bass feels extremely smooth and has a
very well-rounded low end. There are almost no
marks bedside smooth finish wear on the neck and
any that are there certainly don’t get in the way.
Remarkably though, while this bass shows signs of
cosmetic wear from it’s years, the fretboard and
frets are in excellent shape with hardly any
apparent wear. With it’s dark blue on black theme,
this one just screams vintage and has all the
tone, feel and style players have come to expect
from Rickenbacker.
With
quality American made guitars like
this one, its no surprise that so many great act
like Yes, Thin Lizzy, the Beatles, Black Sabbath,
Motorhead, Metallica, Modest Mouse, Ween, Dinosaur
Jr, REM, Queens of the Stone Age and so many more,
have preferred Rickenbacker basses.
